Work with us at Anchor Derivatives
We build the tools people use to trade across forex, crypto, stocks, options, and real estate. That means our work affects how real money moves, so we care about getting the details right. If that kind of work appeals to you, we would like to hear from you.
Browse the open roles below. If none fit but you think you could add something here, send your CV to info@anchorderivatives.com and tell us what you do.
Learning
Markets and technology both change quickly. We give people time and resources to keep their skills current, and we expect everyone to keep learning, whatever their role.
Straight talk
Decisions get explained, not just handed down. We share what we know across teams and we would rather raise a concern early than discover it late.
Flexible setup
Where the role allows, we support remote and hybrid work so you can do focused work in the setting that suits you best.
We are a small, mixed team of engineers, support staff, and product people. Work is collaborative without being meeting-heavy, and titles matter less than the problem in front of us. Because we operate in a regulated, money-handling space, we hold ourselves to a high standard on accuracy, security, and treating clients fairly, and we look for people who take that seriously too.
